Sea Otter Eco Tours 2025 Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
The contest is open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must have attended the event at the Vancouver Convention Centre (East Building) in person on Saturday, February 28 or Sunday, March 1, 2026. Employees of Sea Otter Eco Tours, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and members of the same household are not eligible to participate. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Contest Period
The contest begins on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM (PST) and ends on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 5:00 PM (PST) (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. To enter, participants must complete the official contest entry form by scanning the QR code at the Sea Otter Eco Tours booth and submitting the required information, including opting in to receive news and updates. This opt-in enables Sea Otter Eco Tours to contact entrants in the event they are selected as the winner. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) night stay at the Sea Otter Eco Tours bed and breakfast for two (2) people and one (1) wildlife boat tour ticket. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitution will be made except at the sole discretion of Sea Otter Eco Tours. Any travel, transportation, or accommodation arrangements not explicitly included in the prize description, including travel to and from Sea Otter Eco Tours, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw one (1) week after the end of the Contest under the supervision of Sea Otter Eco Tours. The selected winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry within five (5) days of the draw. Sea Otter Eco Tours is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notification due to spam filters, junk email folders, security settings, or incorrect or incomplete contact information.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sea Otter Eco Tours, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Sea Otter Eco Tours reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.
Liability and Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sea Otter Eco Tours and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for contest administration and marketing communications in accordance with Sea Otter Eco Tours’ Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
