Sea Otter Eco Tours 2025 Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  1. The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and over at the time of entry.

  2. Entrants must have attended The Outdoor Adventure Show - Toronto 2025, February 21st, February 22nd, or February 23rd, in person.

  3. Employees of Sea Otter Eco Tours, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible.

  4. The contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period:

  1. The contest begins on February 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST and ends on February 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST ("Contest Period").

  2. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

  1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

  2. To enter, participants must complete the above form with the necessary information, including opting in to receive news and updates. This enables us to contact you in the event of winning.

  3. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prize:

  1. The winner will receive a one (1)-night stay at the Sea Otter Eco Tours bed and breakfast for two (2) people and one (1) wildlife boat tour ticket.

  2. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Sea Otter Eco Tours.

  3. Any travel or accommodation arrangements not specified in the prize description, including travel to and from Sea Otter Eco Tours, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.

Selection of Winners:

  1. Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Sea Otter Eco Tours.

  2. The winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the contest with within five (5) days following selection.

  3. Sea Otter Eco Tours shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

General Conditions:

  1. By participating in the contest, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sea Otter Eco Tours, which are binding and final in all matters relating to the contest.

  2. Sea Otter Eco Tours reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sea Otter Eco Tours’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sea Otter Eco Tours in its sole discretion.

Liability and Release:

  1. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sea Otter Eco Tours, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize.
